Open SSH for Windows CE

Of the 2 versions of the SSH protocol, the SSH server for Windows CE supports only the latest (SSH2) because it's the most commonly supported (see the picture below).

In the following graphic, 1.99 means that the server supports both SSH1 and SSH2.
