is it possible to use this open ssh source code to replace win ce service?

I have downloaded this utility on my pc and copied it to Windows CE compatible device.

There is no direct UI is available to perform any action , can you please tell me how can I use this SCP.exe to connect to SFTP server ?

I can create the console application, but not getting what parameters and values and how it should be passed to connect SFTP server.

Please provide some sample code to use this utility from console application.

Issue Resolved... The executables must be placed in a directory on the device which has execute permissions for the user doing the transfers.
